TF SYSTEM

Above Grade Benefits
The strength of the TF System is an industry leading full height I-Beam reinforcing system coupled with the strength of concrete creates a load-bearing wall with superior seismic and high wind resistance. The TF System has an R-25 insulation value and ability to eliminate air infiltration which translates to very low heating and cooling cost; and also has a 3 hour fire rating. The TF Systems high-density wall characteristics create a very quiet sound reduction rating of 60 decibels.

Below Grade Benefits
Concrete that cures between the two layers of polystyrene will be up to 50% stronger than the typical poured wall because of ideal curing conditions. The TF System also incorporates structural I-Beam reinforcing for additional strength above and beyond a typical wall. TF walls will always be warm to the touch, unlike cold conventional foundation walls. The concrete inside a TF System wall will tend to stay a constant temperature year round. The TF System is ready to receive drywall to create a finished basement living space.

Other Advantages
The wall panels slide up and down, exposing construction armature, electrical wiring, plumbing, or even tools which might have dropped during building construction. Everything can be easily accessed. Also, the TF System is suitable for any residential, commercial or industrial building project.
